Halloween on Hampton Street was a huge success this year. It was so nice to see so many faces out and about. Halloween may a be a ritual of dubious origin, but what is beyond doubt is the smiles it puts on kids faces, and the friendly community spirit it promotes and evokes. Halloween draws people together in way that can only be good. Hundreds of little monsters, witches and demons flooded Hampton Street, terrifying all as they trick or treated from one end of the street to the other. Local retailers took part handing out Prizes and Giveaways (as well as lollies!). Trick or treaters collected 13 stamps on their 'Scare Maps' to win prizes.
